Modern Slavery Policy Act

This policy has been created in line with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps that Evolution take and continue to take, to ensure that modern slavery and / or human trafficking does not take place within our business or supply chain.

Modern slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. It takes various forms, such as slavery, servitude, forced and compulsory labour, and human trafficking ("modern slavery"), all of which include the deprivation of a person's liability by another to exploit them for personal or commercial gain.

Evolution has zero-tolerance approach within its business and supply chain.

This policy applies to all persons:

​

  • Working for Evolution, or on behalf, in capacity, including employees at all levels, directors, officers, agency workers and volunteers.

  • Our contractors, external consultants, agencies, third party representatives, and business partners ("suppliers").

The Company is committed to:

​

  • Acting ethically and within integrity in all our business dealings and relationships

  • Implementing and enforcing systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our business or in any of our supply chains.

  • Ensuring there is transparency in our approach to tackling modern slavery in our business and in our supply chains consistent with our disclosure obligations under the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

All suppliers are required to complete a pre qualification questionnaire and provide business information as part of their registration as a preferred supplier of Evolution which sets out our requirements that suppliers will respect human rights, will not use child labour of forced labour in any form and have not contributed directly or indirectly to human rights abuses.
