Fire door manufacture
We have our own manufacturing base and can supply single and multiple fire doors to suit your specifications. All products are certified providing 30 & 60 minute fire protection.
Surveying & Project management
We can provide surveys for your fire door needs, offering a comprehensive report service. One Trace is our way of managing projects whilst providing complete traceability and transparency between both us and our clients.
We can provide documented
material usage, photographic evidence of progress and completion, marked up drawings and approvals to prove accountability and quality assurance.
Fully tested fire safety systems for floor and wall partitions
With our affiliation to PFC Technical services LTD, we can also provide fire protection site surveys surrounding fire protective systems. We can then supply fully tested systems for the protection of timber floors and stud wall partitions.

The Fire Safety (England) Regulation 10 refers to the maintenance of a buildings fire doors. It has been made a legal requirement from the 23rd of January 2023 for responsible individuals for all multi-occupied residential buildings in England with storeys over 11 meters in height to adhere to the following:

Undertake quarterly checks of all fire doors (including self-closing devices) in the common parts.

Undertake, with the greatest of efforts, annual checks of all flat entrance doors (including self-closing devices) that lead onto a building’s common communal areas.
The given regulations also require responsible individuals to provide to residents of all multi-occupied residential buildings with two of more sets of domestic premises (that have communal areas) information on the importance of fire doors to a buildings fire safety.
